Analyzed requirements while building PeopleSoft objects and external scripts to allow the university to seamlessly transfer admission data from the Common Application.
Created a PeopleSoft solution to aid university recruiters in processing fee-waiver applicants by allowing them to apply using the online application.
Managed the web-based University Admission Form (https://ecampus.uri.edu:7008/U_CUSTOM/U_SUWGRAD/index.jsp and https://ecampus.uri.edu:7008/U_CUSTOM/U_AWGRAD/index.html) and its implementation in JSP and its connection to the PeopleSoft Student system using SQR and Oracle PL/SQL. This form is responsible for 90% of university applicants (increased from 60%) and contributes the majority of new users to the university enterprise computing system.
Led a team of programmers to implement a conversion of the PeopleSoft Admission Module from version 8.0 to version 8.9.
Developed and maintained several custom PeopleSoft objects and reports in support of the URI Admission Office.
Designed and implemented a system for collecting recommendations for applicants to the University of Rhode Island’s graduate school over the internet using JSP and Oracle.
Designed and programmed an online registration system for URI Special Topics courses.

Awarded the Navy Achievement Medal for efficient and professional tracking and accounting of the ship's classified cipher materials as communications security material custodian.
